Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Riffle. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work. Riffle is sold by Shmuel Duan through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who processes payments and refunds on our behalf.
Try before you pay
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — just an email, no credit card — so you can decide whether Riffle is right for you before any money changes hands.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll provide a full refund of that payment. To request one, email shmuel.duan@live.com with the email address you used and your Lemon Squeezy order number (it's on your receipt).
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew again. We don't charge cancellation fees.
- Charges older than 14 days, and partial (unused) portions of a billing period, are generally non-refundable beyond the window above.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
Your library is never locked
Whether you cancel or let a subscription lapse, your recordings and your Riffle library stay on your device and remain usable. Riffle gates premium features — never your own work.
